Pulp & Beyond Platform

NEW Pulp & Beyond Platform: The new event platform includes your company profile, your personal profile, matchmaking tool and management to your access passes. With the platform you can invite your colleagues and employees to the platform and invite visitors to the event.

Register co-exhibitors 

Register co-exhibitors participating in your joint stand through eMessukeskus (section Co-exhibitors) at the latest on25.2.2024 and ensure their visibility in the event info. Co-exhibitors will be granted their own company-specific account and ID to use eMessukeskus. 

Co-exhibitors will be charged a registration fee according to the event-specific participation conditions. The registration fee for co-exhibitors for this event is 440 € + VAT.

Principals can be registered free of charge. 


Book accommodation with a discount price

Book your accommodation at the Holiday Inn – Expo hotel adjacent to the exhibition centre. As an exhibitor you will get a 11 % discount on the daily price. We recommend to book early – the hotel is very popular during the exhibitions.


Sign up for the Employer of the Future theme day

Is your company seeking new talents? Now you have a great opportunity to introduce your company to students and job seekers. Participate in the Employer of the Future theme day, which will be held on April 11, 2024. Register by March 15, 2024.

The exhibitors have the opportunity to be part of the theme day from an employer perspective and discuss different career options with students and job seekers. Companies participating in the theme day will be given a Future employer theme day sticker, which can be affixed to the stand or to the clothing of the staff on site, for example, to indicate that your stand has recruitment professionals.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Structures and furniture can be ordered through eMessukeskus under Order products and services. Placing your order by 29.2.2024, you will acquire the products at a lower cost.

  • On 29.2 prices will increase by 20%
  • On 20.3 prices will increase by 50%
  • On 2.4 prices will increase by 100%

Order a customized stand plan and implementation or a ready-to-use solution  

Depending on your needs, we can deliver a customized stand plan with implementation, or you may choose from three different options that are ready-to-use. Reusability of structural materials and energy efficiency in lighting are key aspects of our stand packages.



Networking Tool

You now have the opportunity to get the most out of networking at Pulp & Beyond! On top of the exhibition we want to provide an opportunity for exhibitors and event visitors to network during the Pulp & Beyond 2024 and to find new cooperation opportunities, ideas, and other useful contacts and to widen your network.

Pulp & Beyond platform is a networking platform to use for internal networking. It is free of charge for all the event’s exhibitors and visitors. You can book meetings and meet people during the event at the networking area or at your exhibition stand.

Badge Scanning & Lead Retrieval

By scanning badges onsite exhibitors can conveniently get and store leads. In addition to viewing scanned badges within the app, exhibitors can also export their leads. Read more by clicking the button below!

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels 

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions. 


Passes exhibitors and constructors  

You can invite your event team members to the new Pulp & Beyond platform. Each participant needs to do their own registaration to get their passes.

The pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in cafes). 

New passes as identification! In addition to visitors, each exhibitor receives a pass to be printed on site at the entrance. The pass tells the name and the company. Each participant must print the pass at the entrance, it cannot be printed in advance.

The constructor pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. The constructor pass is free of charge. The constructor pass Tool will be open to eMessukeskus in February. The contructor pass is not needed to print.

Take media representatives, bloggers and social media influencers into account 

Actively contact journalists and influencers inviting them to visit your stand. Publish press releases through eMessukeskus (under Market your participation) and submit printable versions to our Press Centre, which is open during the event opening hours. You can recognize journalists by their PRESS badge and bloggers along with social media influencers by their CONTENT CREATOR badge. The event is attended by numerous media outlets. 

Please advise the Communications Manager of the event should your stand include new releases, performers, a specific programme, press conferences or other activities that could interest the media. Take care of the safety of your stand 

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors. 

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services partner Securitas. A barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark. 

Please notice that delivery of goods to and from Messukeskus is free of charge if it takes less than 60 minutes. If the delivery of goods takes over 60 minutes the parking fee must be paid. Please drive in and out via same route to avoid parking fine


Exhibition Office 

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors and constructors during the construction and opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders. 


Messukeskus’ restaurant services and exhibitor’s lounge

NoHo Partners has started as Messukeskus’ restaurant and catering partner on 1 July, and as a result we have had a great line-up of interesting restaurant brands at our premises over the summer.

The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.

Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.

Buffet lunch is served in Fair Buffet by Pihka, Pihka & Bar and restaurant Mesta on the 2nd floor of the Siipi conference area.

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is available during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found from the 2nd floor in the Siipi conference area. The door code is presented in the electric pass. You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.
