The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of the Finnish Fair Corporation.

The invoice for participation is due 16 Feb 2026
Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €450 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
Credit card payment is accepted from SEPA countries with a service fee 40 € + VAT 24 % / invoice. Please contact: laskutus@messukeskus.com
VAT is added to all prices.
Prices are valid until one month before the event.
